Goulds ITT 3298 Chemical Process Pumps

The 3298 can handle the tough chemical services.  As a sealless design, it’s an effective alternative to pumps with mechanical seal problems.  Meets strictest EPA regulations.

Model 3298 is a sealless, close-coupled or frame-mounted, centrifugal pump with an enclosed impeller that is driven by a synchronous magnetic coupling. All sizes of the 3298 meet the dimensional standards of ANSI B73.1 except for the 1X1.5-5 and the 1.5X2-6.

Goulds ITT CV 3196

The CV 3196 i- FRAME is designed specifically to provide superior performance for process services containing solids. Gould’s concentric volute casing with recessed open impeller provides non clogging capability with minimal solids degradation, In addition , the CV 3196 i Frame can handle liquids entrained with air and gas. Since the induced flow or vortex impeller is recessed from the casing, velocities are low, and solids contact with the impeller is reduced, wear rate, solids degradation and shearing of liquid are minimized. The casing design is well suited to handling solids in liquid suspension. Anything that can exit the discharge will pass through the pump.

Goulds ITT 3410 Pump

The Goulds ITT 3410 pump is a single stage, double suction, horizontally split case pumps designed for a wide range of Industrial, Municipal and Process Services. The complete model line has four different shafts with only two bearing assemblies. Standard constructions are all-iron, bronze fitted, 316SS fitted, and all 316SS. Other constructions are available upon request.Right-hand rotation is standard. Left-hand rotation is available as an option. The rotation can be changed after installation without any additional parts.

Goulds ITT 3196 Pump

The ITT Goulds 3196 i-FRAME is a horizontal overhung, open impeller, centrifugal pump. It is used in chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper, primary metals, food & beverage and general industries This pump is ANSI B73.1 compliant and has interchangeability with a model that is based on 5 power ends and 31 hydraulic sizes. The 3196 Pump has an open impeller that is the acknowledged best design for chemical process services. It is ideally suited for corrosive/erosive liquids containing solids and stringy materials.

Goulds ITT 3180 Process Pump

The Goulds ITT 3180 models are horizontal, end-suction, centrifugal pumps designed for heavy-duty process applications.  The 3180 pump comes with a standard impeller that is an open type designed to extend pump life. Thick vanes and full back shroud provide outstanding resistance to wear and breakage or an enclosed impeller Available for services where efficiency is a consideration and enclosed design is suitable for service conditions . The pump comes with large balance holes and back pump-out vanes to reduce axial thrust and stuffing box pressure for increased bearing and seal life. The entire 3180/3185 line (33 sizes) uses just four power ends.
